You must have heard the term “high achievers.” People who achieve more in life.
They are always growing, always making progress, always building something meaningful and profitable.
But what’s surprising is this
They are also enjoying life.
You see them traveling, spending quality time with family, hanging out with friends, reading their favorite books, and sharing moments on social media.
And most importantly, they are prioritizing their spirituality.
They pray on time, attend religious gatherings, learn the Quran, and never rush through their Ibadah.
Watching them inspires you…
but it also raises one big question:
“How do they have the time and energy to do all of this?”
This used to be my question 3–4 years ago.
I would see people around me, and on social media, who I considered “successful” and “high achievers.”
Of course, I wanted to be like them. But how?
They had 24 hours in a day.
I had 24 hours in a day.
So how were they doing more and enjoying life, while I was constantly stuck trying to finish my never-ending to-do list?
At the end of every year, they had:
And I felt like I had barely survived the year.
So I started observing them closely.
I read books, studied successful people, and connected with those who were doing well in life.
I was looking for their secret.
And I kept finding one thing common among all of them: Habits.
Yes, habits.
Almost every successful person shared certain habits. Simple habits. But not easy to build.
They:
High achievers do not have more talent. They do not have more resources. They do not have more time or energy.
They have better habits that build a healthy and productive lifestyle.
Lifestyle that allows them to achieve more in less time, and still have energy left for family, friends, and themselves.
So I decided to become one of them.
I started adopting the habits of successful people. And I didn’t stop there.
I also studied what Islam teaches us about discipline, balance, and success, and then explored the scientific reasoning behind those teachings.
Again and again, everything pointed back to one thing:
Habits that build discipline, clarity, and consistency.
I am still working on myself, but Alhamdulillah, I have built many of these habits successfully.
Now, let me be honest.
I still have days when I lose track. When my routine breaks. When I feel low on energy, motivation, or direction.
But the difference is this:
I now know how to fix it.
I don’t stay stuck in an unhealthy phase for long. I return to the habits and systems backed by Islam and Science that have helped me achieve what I have so far, Alhamdulillah.
And that’s exactly what I’ve compiled inside my program:
Good question, and yes, technically, you can learn everything by yourself.
But then ask yourself this:
Why are 99% of people still desperate to build a healthy lifestyle, yet stuck in the same cycle?
– Sleeping after 3:00 AM.
– Waking up around Zuhr.
– Feeling tired, guilty, and frustrated every single day.
Tell me honestly,
Don’t you promise yourself every night that from tomorrow you’ll sleep early and wake up early?
But that “tomorrow” never comes, does it?
Because building a healthy lifestyle is not just about waking up early.
There’s much more to it.
You need to:
Most people make mistakes. They focus on the wrong things in the beginning or try to fix everything at the same time. They burn out.
And eventually, they give up.
And I don’t want that for you.
That’s why I want you to learn everything the right way, with clarity and structure, so you can start 2026 with habits that actually stick and help you achieve everything you have put on your 2026 Vision Board.
So let me ask you,
Are you ready to build the lifestyle of high achievers?
