Is Business Right For You??

(I didn’t want to send this newsletter on 10th of Muharram so you are receiving it on Sunday instead of Saturday)

Now, let’s get straight into it, shall we?

People start businesses with big reasons in mind.

I am not like those people.

I started my business as a side hustle to earn my pocket money while I was in the first year of my degree.

My family didn’t want me to do a job or even give tuition, so…..

I had no other option than to do something from home.

So, I launched my first online business to afford my monthly expenses on my own.

Who knew that this side hobby would one day:

  • Make me my own boss
  • Allow me to own my time
  • Help me support my family
  • Make me financially independent
  • Allow me to create life on my own terms

And most importantly,

  • Enable me to help other women build their businesses from scratch.

But here’s the twist:

Even though I am a businesswoman and have trained more than 500 women on building an online business from scratch….

I strongly believe that business is NOT for everyone.

Most people rush into launching their business because they want to be their own boss and become rich.

However, after 6 months or a year, they quit and start searching for a job.

Which is totally fine because business is NOT for those who:

Think business is a get-rich-quick game and aren’t ready for hard work

Lack discipline in life and don’t care about self-learning

Prefer short-term success over lifetime success

Are impatient and only want sudden results

Are afraid of facing failures and setbacks

Look for shortcuts to success

People with these qualities can’t build a successful business.

It’s better for them not to waste their time and money trying to build a business.

But….

If you think business is right for you….

Here are the two best options for you:

1st Option – Launch your business:

Identify a gap in the market

Research your target audience

Start with one product

Present it nicely on your business page

Create content to attract customers

Keep trying out different marketing strategies

Grow with hard work and patience

2nd Option – Work for someone else’s business:

This will also help you start your business very soon

Learn a skill that can help a business grow

Create your portfolio showcasing your expertise

Reach out to businesses of your choice and start making money in exchange for your service

Keep doing this until you are able to start your own service business by utilizing your skill

OR

Invest your money in building the product business of your dreams.

That’s all for this week.
